I sped up payment processing from 3 weeks to just 20 seconds, starting with a full rollout at Vakifbank. By adding a penalty system for real estate companies, I boosted the ticket resolution speed of our automated system by 25%. I also cut mortgage processing time from 10 days to about 5–6 hours by launching an API-based Online Mortgage System. Along the way, I led project teams of 3 to 10 people, keeping everything on track with smart planning, cost control, and risk management.

I fine-tuned an Automated Ticket Assignment System for a major client,saving 25% in time and cost. (The tickets are now practically assigning themselves.)
